We are in service sector and as such we did not entertain request for return of services rendered to patients .In case of Medicine which has been purchased from our Pharmacy Outlet can be refunded only if it is brought back within 7 days from the date of purchase with full strip without damage which must be re-usable for other patients. Hard copy of the bill is compulsory.
This policy is approved by the management of Crescent Hospital and is applicable for all units of Crescent Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
And also online payment is applicable for all patients irrespective of the credit patients empaneled with Crescent hospital & Clinic such as ECHS/CGHS and all other credit schemes & insurance companies associated with Crescent hospital and clinic without any concession or discount on using Crescent hospital online payment gateway.
Amount once paid through the payment gateway shall not be refunded other than in the Following circumstances:
• Multiple times debiting of Customer’s Bank Account due to technical error OR customer's account being debited with excess amount in a single transaction due to a technical error. It can be communicated with accounts dept. mail-id info@Crescenthospital.com
The refund request will be processed manually after due verification. If the claim is found valid, the eligible amount will be refunded by Crescent Hospital through electronic mode within the next Seven (7) working days from the date of receiving the email request.
