Use of the Portal
- You must provide accurate and complete information while booking appointments or making payments.
- The Portal may only be used for lawful purposes related to healthcare services.
- Misuse, fraudulent activity, or unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.
Appointment Booking
- Appointment slots are subject to availability.
- Crescent Hospital reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to emergencies, doctor availability, or operational reasons.
- You will receive confirmation via SMS/email once the booking is completed.
Payments and Fees
- Online payments for appointments, lab tests, or services are processed via secure third-party payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay).
- Crescent Hospital does not store any payment card details.
- All payments are final unless otherwise specified in our refund policy.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation of Appointment can be made upto 1 hour prior to appointment time.
- Refunds may be issued for duplicate payments or cancellations made within the allowed time window.
- Refunds will not be issued for no show for a confirmed appointment slot. However, reschedule of appointment may be requested within 24 hours, without further payment.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
- To raise a refund request, contact acts.crescenthospital@gmail.com with the transaction ID and details.
Access to Medical Information
- By using the Portal, you authorize Crescent Hospital to share your reports and medical data securely with you on this platform.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Limitation of Liability
